We will be operating an appointment system this Summer for visits to our stores where you will be able to get a more personalised service.
We strongly suggest early booking as spaces are limited and the store can be very busy especially in the last few weeks of the Summer.
You may have to queue if you do not have an appointment.
Please also be aware that our Cut Off date is August 12th after which Uniform may not be available before children go back to school.
Delivery Info
All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school logo as required.
However Any items which are stocked in our stores will be normally despatched next day. We are currently averaging up to 6 working days for all other items. Every effort will be made to despatch your order as quickly as possible but in the event of any delay we will contact you to keep you informed.
All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Package Post. Postage will be calculated according to the total weight of the order. This ensures customers are not penalised for ordering just one small item such as a tie. This is an approximate guide of the charges:

When your order is dispatched we will send you an Email letting you know. Your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.
Schoolwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your Schoolwear may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
